Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Allow 7-10 business days for international orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipping to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses is at Honey Goods’.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Honey Goods is not, nor sellers on the Honey Goods platform, responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Honey Goods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the post office.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Honey Goods offers international shipping to most countries.

We don’t ship to international armed forces, freight forwarders or international PO Boxes.

Custom fees and taxes on orders may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer.

Honey Goods has no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country.

Return Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the main store address.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7-10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

EXCEPTIONS  

For defective or damaged products caused by Honey Goods, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.
